Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days across India. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for metro cities at an additional charge.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! All Skin Lab products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and are certified by leading cruelty-free organisations.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! All our products are dermatologist-tested and formulated to be gentle on sensitive skin. We avoid parabens, sulphates, and artificial fragrances.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 24 months unopened, and 12 months after opening. Look for the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) through our secure Razorpay gateway.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, our fulfilment process begins. Please contact us immediately at support@skinlab.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track orders in your "My Account" section.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
