1. Apply as the last step of your morning skincare routine.
2. Take a pump or two (about half a teaspoon) of the sunscreen on your fingertips.
3. Dot it on your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin.
4. Blend evenly across the face and neck using gentle circular motions.
5. Allow 15–20 minutes before sun exposure for full protection to activate.
6. Reapply every 2–3 hours when outdoors, after sweating or after washing your face.
7. Can be worn alone as a tinted moisturiser, or under makeup as a base.
